  I would not and will not use them again. First of all every time you call them it is a $40.00 call fee. And yes there is labor fee. We called them due to the refrigerator freezer not freezing. He call himself fixing that. Then two weeks later we had to call him back because the ice maker stopped working. I told my husband to tell him to leave my refrigerator alone. Now the refrigerator does not stay cold unless you have it turned all the way up. I don't trust him anymore especially every time you call and he comes its $40.00 call fee along with labor. So this time we're calling someone else and praying that he knows what he is doing.

  This company is actually the team of father and son, both of whom have responded to our calls for help over the years. The younger Semple has repaired our washer and dryer. Father Dave has repaired my gas stove, and when my dishwasher went on the fritz, he advised me to replace it instead of repairing it because he knew that it was on its last legs. Semple's Appliance & Repair service is prompt, both warm and professional, and affordable. They understand how I depend on my appliances working the way they are supposed to and have offered suggestions for keeping them working right. Moreover, they are honest and willing to write detailed receipts so I know what they did and when. I have been happy to recommend them to friends and neighbors, who call me to thank me for doing so.
